Bay of Islands

The Bay of Islands consists of 144 islands and is a popular tourist spot. Good for longboard cruising, just take a tent, food, and some friends and go - and don't forget to check the weather report. There is plenty of accommodation at Russell or Paihia, and if there is no wind, go deep sea fishing, snorkeling, diving or mountain- biking.
